Vero Collar with Traditional Buckle

This is our second collar of the same brand and color. We sized up recently as our golden retriever puppy has grown to almost a year old and his neck is significantly larger than when we bought his first collar. This was not our first collar for our puppy. But we found that on beach days and lake days his old collar was extremely sandy and took forever to dry out. This one has neither of those issues. The buckle seems to be aluminum or perhaps stainless. Even though it is scratched and marred, it has never shown any signs of rust. We have the matching leash and we love them both. In six months of ownership, both have held up fantastic even at times when our dog put them in his mouth. Extremely pleased overall. I don’t think we will ever use any other collar since this one is waterproof, rustproof and does not chafe our dog. And the color is beautiful.

This is a nice collar. The material it is made of is flexible but tough and water resistant and very easy to clean by just wiping off. The other perk is that it doesn’t carry odor like nylon, fabric, or leather. It is soft enough that it bends comfortably around the neck without being heavy or stiff. The size I got is a medium but my pup already grew out of it so I will have to upgrade to the larger size. Mine is just the black and it is a deep true black color. I like that the D ring and adjustment piece is strong metal and not just plastic. Overall, no problems at all with it. The price is reasonable.

I was honestly blown away by the quality of this collar, especially for the price. Biothane collars are usually much more expensive, often more than double the cost of this one, so this is a super good price!!The material is thick, heavy-duty, and feels like it will last for years. The metal buckle is super sturdy and definitely durable. One of my favorite things about Biothane is that it doesn’t absorb water or odors, so it’s incredibly easy to clean after being outside, swimming, getting dirty/muddy etc.The only tip I’d give is to avoid fitting it too tightly. Biothane has very little give, and if it’s worn snug against the neck it can rub and eventually cause hair loss. Leave a little extra wiggle room, and it should be much more comfortable for your dog. Learn from my mistake 😅Overall, this is a fantastic collar for the price, and I’d absolutely buy it again!!

This is a nice and durable dog collar. We have two pit-boxer puppies who love to take each other‘s collars off and struggle to find ones that they can’t destroy. This collar has a very terrible metal buckle that they cannot undo on their own and a very thick band. It says that it is PVC, but it almost feels like a rubbery leather - it is really cool, and I really like it. It doesn’t make it a little bit more stiff and difficult to adjust, but for our situation, that is perfect. I do believe that it is comfortable for the dogs as well. It has a little bit of weight to it because of the metal buckle, but not so much to be an issue. I am very impressed with this collar, especially for the price.

Its wide and and thick but not super rigid to be uncomfortable. The socket of the snap buckle is metal while the prongs are thick plastic. Heavy duty for sure but no way to test the 500lb rating. The d ring is thick metal as well. Material is some sort of synthetic and is waterproof and doesnt retain odors so its easy to clean.

It was a bit tedious to adjust to her size (because PVC is difficult to slide through the buckles), but once adjusted, it looked and fit great. No wet dog smell either. It is a bit on the heavy side. Medium fit my 40-lb terrier perfectly!

This PVC Dog Collar is wonderful!! The quality is hard to beat. Very durable material and nice heavy duty fasteners. I feel my dog is secure. The latches are made of metal. The price and value is good for the quality. Very nice looking and easy to put on my pup. I love that it is easily cleanable. No smelly dog collar here, just give it a quick rinse if dirty. I would recommend this collar to anyone in need of a daily sturdy collar for their pup.

This is a very nice collar. It's very well made; very sturdy! I've got a 50lb pit bull terrier that pulls a lot and this collar has no give to it. The part that latches is made of metal or at least feels and sounds like it! It's very strong. It's easy enough to latch and unlatch it though, which I like. Once it's in place it stays there too. The rest of the collar is made of soft PVC material. There's no smell to the collar whatsoever. My dog's neck doesn't itch at all. Very well made and for the price I was expecting low quality, but I was totally wrong! I don't think I'll need to buy another collar for a long time - just what I was looking for!

This is my second dog collar or harness from Fei & Eve and I am so impressed with the quality of their products.My dog has thick fur and skin around his neck and that makes it easy for him to slip out if I've adjusted a collar or harness so it looks comfortable. I've included a picture to show how the collar looks too tight on him but how I can easily fit my fingers between his neck and the collar.This collar is nice and thick, but the material makes it flexible. It's also much lighter than a leather collar. The best part is my dog seems to love it. I think he likes feeling secure.The collar is easy to adjust, has a heavy duty metal buckle (female end) and heavy plastic buckle (male end.) While the collar is easy to adjust, the collar doesn't loosen like webbing collars do when he's wearing it and that is important when a dog pulls and lunges a lot. He's getting better, but until he's a calm walker, I need a collar that won't loosen too much when he's being rambunctious.I was worried at first the material would cause my dog to sweat. It's not a problem at all. And, it cleans up easily unlike the webbing and fabric collar he's had for years.
