1. Eligibility

To participate in the Fei and Eve Affiliate Program, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
2. Have a registered account with Impact (impact.com)
3. Maintain a website, social media account, blog, podcast, email list, or other public-facing channel relevant to dogs, pets, lifestyle, or aligned categories
4. Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and any laws governing your jurisdiction

Fei and Eve reserves the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. Approval is based on brand alignment and audience fit.

2. Application & approval

All affiliate applications are reviewed within 5 business days. Approval is not guaranteed. We may also remove affiliates from the program at any time if the terms of this agreement are violated, with or without notice.

3. Commission structure

1. Approved affiliates earn 10% commission on the net sales of qualified orders generated through their unique tracking link or custom promo code
2. "Net sales" means the order subtotal after discounts, returns, refunds, taxes, shipping, and any chargebacks have been deducted
3. Commissions are tracked through Impact and paid monthly directly to affiliates' Impact accounts
4. There is no minimum payout threshold

4. Cookie window

1. The Fei and Eve affiliate program operates on a 30-day last-click attribution cookie
2. A sale is attributed to an affiliate if a customer clicks the affiliate's link and completes a purchase within 30 days of that click
3. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent click within the 30-day window receives credit (last-click attribution)
4. Custom promo codes are credited to the assigned affiliate regardless of click history

5. Approved promotional methods

Affiliates may promote Fei and Eve products through:

1. Personal websites, blogs, and editorial content
2. Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X/Twitter, Facebook)
3. Podcasts and email newsletters with proper consent
4. Genuine product reviews
5. Branded content created in collaboration with Fei and Eve

6. Prohibited promotional methods

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the program plus forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

1. Bidding on "Fei and Eve" branded keywords or any variations of our brand name in paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
2. Spam, including unsolicited mass email, SMS, or social media DMs
3. Coupon or deal aggregator websites without prior written approval
4. Self-purchases through your own affiliate link or promo code
5. Misrepresenting Fei and Eve products, pricing, materials, or brand
6. Promoting Fei and Eve on websites or accounts containing illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content
7. Using "trademark + coupon" or "trademark + discount" SEO tactics that could mislead customers
8. Posting on cashback or loyalty sites without written approval
9. Creating fake accounts, sites, or content to manipulate sales tracking
10. Cookie stuffing, link cloaking that misrepresents the destination, or any form of click manipulation

7. FTC disclosure requirements

All affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship clearly and prominently in any content where they promote Fei and Eve, in accordance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission guidelines. Acceptable disclosures include:

1. "#ad" or "#affiliate" hashtags on social media posts
2. A statement such as "I earn a commission if you purchase through this link" near affiliate links
3. A clear disclosure at the top of blog posts containing affiliate links

Failure to comply with FTC disclosure requirements is grounds for removal from the program.

8. Brand & trademark use

1. Affiliates may use Fei and Eve's brand name, logo, and approved product imagery solely for the purpose of promoting Fei and Eve products
2. All branded content must accurately represent our products and brand voice
3. Affiliates may not register domain names containing "Fei and Eve," "MagEase," or any close variation
4. Affiliates may not modify the Fei and Eve logo or use it in a way that suggests official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship
5. Use of Fei and Eve trademarks for any purpose outside the scope of this agreement requires prior written approval

9. Returns, refunds, and chargebacks

1. Commissions on returned, refunded, or charged-back orders will be deducted from the affiliate's commission balance
2. If the deduction exceeds the affiliate's current balance, it may be carried forward and offset against future commissions
3. Fei and Eve is not liable for sales not properly tracked due to issues outside our control (e.g., disabled cookies in a customer's browser, ad blockers)

10. Payment terms

1. Commission payments are processed monthly through Impact
2. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information in their Impact account
3. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes owed on commissions earned, including U.S. federal, state, and local income taxes, or equivalent in their jurisdiction
4. Fei and Eve will issue tax documents (e.g., 1099 forms in the U.S.) when required by law

11. Termination

Either Fei and Eve or the affiliate may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

1. All affiliate links and promo codes will be deactivated
2. Outstanding commissions earned in compliance with these terms will be paid out at the next regular payment cycle
3. Commissions earned in violation of these terms will be forfeited
4. Affiliates must remove Fei and Eve branding, links, and product imagery from all promotional channels within 30 days of termination

12. Confidentiality

Affiliates may receive non-public information about Fei and Eve products, pricing, marketing plans, or upcoming launches. This information is confidential and must not be shared, published, or used for any purpose outside of the affiliate relationship.

13. Limitation of liability

Fei and Eve is not responsible for technical issues, tracking failures, third-party platform outages (including but not limited to Impact, Shopify, or social media platforms), or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program. Our total liability is limited to the amount of unpaid commission owed to the affiliate at the time of any dispute.

14. Changes to the program

Fei and Eve reserves the right to modify these terms, commission structure, cookie window, or any aspect of the program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or through the Impact dashboard. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
